Do I get free services as a member?Yes. Members are eligible to redeem one service from category A and one service from category B of their respective membership plan. Platinum members also get complimentary skinny shots (lipo-b12).

Can I redeem my monthly services the same day I become a member?Yes, Once a membership is purchased and activated, service credit(s) for the month are added to your account. Upon check-out, those credits will be applied to your visit.

Is there a penalty for terminating my membership?No. We have a 60-day notice policy to terminate your membership.

Can I freeze my account and retain service credits earned?Yes, you can freeze your account once every 12 months for up to 3 months. There is a one-time $50 fee to freeze your account. After 3 months freeze, membership charges resume.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?Yes. All upgrade membership requests will be processed effective the next billing cycle. We have a 60-day policy to downgrade your membership. All notices must be done by email. No refunds or mid-billing period changes can be made.

What happens if I do not redeem my services for a particular month?Monthly service credits carry over to future periods and can be redeemed as long as member is in good standing and membership is active.

Can I share my monthly services with family or friends?Yes. You can request to transfer monthly services to other guests. However, once transferred, you are unable to transfer them back.

Are all retail skin care products eligible for membership discounts?Yes. All retail skin care products are eligible for membership discount.

Can I change the scheduled billing date?Yes. All billing date changes must be submitted in writing.

Can I pay cash for my membership fees?No. All memberships must be set up for automatic payment using a credit or debit card.
