Yaman Subei

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Yaman Subei, CPA, is the visionary working behind the scenes to set the business strategy and growth plans for Glo & Glam. Yaman received his Bachelors and Master degrees in Accounting from Michigan State University graduating top of his class with High Honors and a 3.9 GPA. He embarked in his career on the streets of Manhattan working in the financial services sector of Price Waterhouse Coopers, one of the largest accounting and consulting firms globally. Yaman earned his CPA license at only 24 years of age and spent 10 years of his career in the public accounting space. In 2014, he and his family moved to Dallas to join the Investment Management group at Deloitte & Touché. In his role as Senior Manager, he managed a portfolio of hedge funds and private equity firms with up to $9 billion in assets under management in diverse industries, including healthcare, real estate, technology, entertainment, and oil & gas.

Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Yaman had a dream of starting his own business. It was important to him to be in a field of public service. In 2016 he pursued his dream and established Urgentology Care, a state of the art urgent care center in DFW. During this journey, Yaman found his passion in building and growing healthcare institutions where he enjoyed teaming up with doctors to create exceptional patient-centered clinics. His famous words to his team.. “We must NOT provide our patients with just a service.. we should be providing an EXPERIENCE”. In 2020, Yaman co-founded Cure Allergy Clinic, an innovative practice specializing in diagnosing and treating allergy, asthma, and sinus conditions.

Outside of work, Yaman is a loving husband and father of two toddler girls. He enjoys traveling with his family around the world and experiencing different cultures.
